This is the reason why we will do all that for you at no cost!Our qualified technical staff representatives will transfer your web site content from your present provider to us. Our techs have lots of experience with website migration and are able to handle anything – from a common WordPress weblog or Joomla^™–powered website, to a highly complex, custom–made web application.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time frame, since there are lots of variables, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our very best to migrate your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (when the website content is not large).

A: Yup. We’ll need to have the name of the website that you’d like us to move. We’ll also need a way to access your present web hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your site.

A: User privacy is indeed one of our primary concerns – for this reason, both our payment page and our Control Panel login page are protected with enterprise–class Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial operations to safeguard the data that we receive online. A: Your web site will continue to work exactly like it did before with your old web hosting provider. As soon as we are done with the migration, your site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will alert you to preview it. If everything is working correctly, all you will have to do is update the name server resource records associated with your domain. Your website will be migrated to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we don’t require anything. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yep. We support all regular Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–powered hosting platforms, as we don’t provide Windows hosting services ourselves.Additionally, we do not support proprietary web site building and management interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
